STEP ONE
Inquiry & Discovery
To get started, simply fill out the inquiry form below. Once we receive your submission, we’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation call. During the call, we’ll discuss your preferences, event details, and gifting needs in depth.
If you decide we’re the right fit, we’ll move forward by securing a retainer agreement and fee, followed by sending you a detailed discovery questionnaire. From there, we’ll begin crafting exceptional gifting experiences tailored just for you.
STEP TWO
Inspiration & Design
Once we’ve reviewed your completed questionnaire, we’ll begin the initial design phase by creating an inspiration board that reflects your preferred colors, product choices, and packaging details. After you approve the board, we’ll move forward with a detailed gift concept for your review.
We’ll collaborate with you to make any necessary adjustments, ensuring the design meets your exact vision. Our goal is to refine every detail until you’re completely satisfied—making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
STEP THREE
Box Curation & Delivery
Once you’ve approved the design and submitted the final payment, our team will begin sourcing and producing your selected products and packaging materials. When everything arrives, we’ll carefully assemble each gift box with precision and attention to detail.
Our thorough packaging process ensures that every gift is flawlessly presented—delivering a beautiful, memorable experience for both you and your recipients.

Custom orders have a lead time between 8-12 weeks, depending on how many boxes we are curating. On occasion we may be able to accommodate custom orders within a 6 week timeframe for smaller orders.

At the beginning of the process we will send you a gift design questionnaire to get to know more about your event and/or occasion.
For weddings and social events, we will ask about the location, guests, preferences (likes and dislikes), budget and event inspiration.
For corporate gifting we will go over the venue location, recipients, preferences, branding details and event / occasion inspiration.
Our design team will then get to work on curating gift box concept ideas that include colors, products and packaging details for your review and approval.

Yes! We will be taking care of everything from design, production, assembly and delivery.

Absolutely! We can incorporate any personalized or branding assets you’d like to include in your custom gifts from logos, submarks, stamps, monograms, colors, patterns and collateral / stationery.
We also provide custom monogram / branding and design services if needed.

We will carefully package and ship your boxes to ensure every gift box arrives intact. We will communicate with you on the best shipping options to ensure a timely and safe delivery.
